Polz Baking Company also housed many family members in apartments

This is the location where my great grandfather operated Polz Baking Company and raised many of his 8 children. Many of whom worked in the bakery. According to the family lore he was the 1st bakery in Chicago to deliver his product using motorized trucks. I have many stories that have been handed down and am trying to figure out which are true and which are old possible memories. Any help in this area would be appreciated.
