Morgan Park Military Academy

The Immigration and Naturalization Service hired inspectors to enforce the Chinese Exclusion Acts. Individual case files were created to assist in the enforcement of laws and to verify information received from the person attempting to enter or re-enter the United States. The documents that follow are a selection from Chu Kum Too (Tsui)'s case file. Chu Kum Too was a student at Morgan Park Military Academy and the blue 431 form was completed because he wanted to leave the United States at the end of the school year and return after the summer break. These records are located in Record Group 85, Records of the Immigration and Naturalization Service at the National Archives at Chicago.
