Joseph Desiron was born in Liege County, Belgium on 6 Apr 1847. He settled in Chicago, IL in 1859. He married Margaret Solet around 1874. Margaret was born in Belgium on 11 May 1849. Joseph died 17 Jun 1909 and Margaret died 19 Jul 1921. They are buried in St. Boniface Cemetery in Chicago.
