Atlas Grove

The Atlas Grove was one of three picnics designed to attract patrons on their way to and from the nearby cemeteries. At the entrance were a tavern and restaurant. The grove behind the restaurant featured an outdoor dance floor, a small pond, a bowling alley, shady picnic areas, and a beverage bar.
