Bachelors Grove Cemetery

Street Address:
5900 West Midlothian Turnpike
Midlothian, IL

Although popularly thought to have been named for four bachelors who lived in the area, Bachelors Grove more likely takes its name from the Batchelder family, which settled there around 1845. After extensive vandalism during the 1960s and 1970s, the cemetery is now cared for by volunteers.
